According to Chinese regulations, it can be used for preserves with a maximum usage of 2.0g/kg; It can also be used for glucose, liquid glucose, sugar, rock sugar, malt sugar, candy, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and canned mushrooms, grapes, blackcurrant concentrate, with a maximum usage of 0.60g/kg. The residual amount (calculated as SO2) of bamboo shoots, mushrooms, canned mushrooms, preserved fruits, grapes, and concentrated black currant juice is ≤ 0.05g/kg;
